As a prelude to the big Climate Change Conference later in the year a number of experts and politicians are invited to a meeting in Copenhagen. Among those is the powerful English Climate minister Claire Thornton. She brings evidence that certain so-called experts are receiving bribes from the industry to defuse the debate of global warming. Other arrivals in Copenhagen include Claire's main political opponent and a former German terrorist. Meanwhile back home in England Claire's husband is taken by surprise.
