Fresh off a festival run that has taken it around the globe, Harpoon has been described as a "twisty little thriller" (Eye For Film) that "will appeal to horror lovers everywhere" (Love Horror). We at Arrow Video caught up with director Rob Grant at 2019's Arrow Video FrightFest, to discuss everything from researching the Laws of the Sea, to superstitious art directors, to the current New Wave of Canadian horror that is taking the world by storm.
